Химическое название

allogenic natural killer (NK) cells (CD56+CD3-) derived from cord blood CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). The CD34+ HSPC selected fraction is collected in growth medium containing stem cell factor (SCF), thrombopoietin (TPO), FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) and interleukin 7 (IL-7). CD34+ HSPC expansion and subsequent HSPC-NK cell differentiation takes place in growth medium containing SCF, IL-7, IL-2 and IL-15. The cells express (>30%) the activating receptors NK cell receptor D (NKG2D), DNAM-1 (CD226 antigen), NKp44, and the inhibitory receptor NKG2A and show very low killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) expression. The cells contain and release perforin, granzyme B and interferon gamma (IFN-γ), and exert cytotoxicity against multiple MHC class I positive and negative tumour cell lines.
